• Using a VPN to complete offers and surveys.
• Canceling a trial offer before actually receiving the product or service or canceling early.
• Using disposable email accounts. Please do not use an email account unless it is registered to you.
• Completing an offer you have no interest in.
• Using false information or information that is not your own to complete offers and surveys.
• Using stolen credit cards to complete offers.
• Completing the same offer or survey multiple times on different sites.

Is CashInStyle available in my country?

CashInStyle is available in most countries, with two exceptions.

How many accounts can I have?

Each person may have only one account. Family members in the same household may each have an account, but ID verification or a facial check is required to confirm their identities. Please note that certain areas of the website may be restricted to one member per household. Referring users from the same household is prohibited. If an account from the same household is banned, all accounts within that household will also be banned. Additionally, each offer may only be completed once per household.

Can my account ever be closed?

We have the right to close accounts for fraudulent activity, false account information, multiple-account violations, or other breaches of the Terms and Conditions. If we close your account, we may require proof of your identity, such as a photo ID, before reinstating it. If your account is closed, you will lose your cash. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions carefully before joining.

How do I cancel my account?

You can submit a ticket to cancel your account by clicking on the help icon in the bottom right corner of the page. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, nor are you permitted to open another.

What should I do if I haven't received the confirmation code?

Go to your account settings and click "Resend verification Email." If you still encounter issues, please feel free to email us and we'll assist you.

How can I change my email address?

You may change your email address by contacting us. For security reasons, be sure to include your old and new email addresses.

What if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten your password, open the password reset form, enter your email address, and click "Send password reset link." Use the link in the email to choose a new password. Keep your account email address up to date.

What are my responsibilities as a member?

You are required to follow the rules stated in the Terms and Conditions. As long as you follow the rules, you will enjoy the benefits of having a long-term relationship with CashInStyle.

Why can't I log in to my account?

If you cannot log in, a cookie problem or an incorrect password may be the cause. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check that you have entered uppercase and lowercase letters correctly. If your password is correct, then your account could have been closed or frozen for a variety of reasons. Please email us for advice.

When do I get paid?

Withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours. In rare cases it takes longer, for example when a withdrawal needs an extra review. The Withdraw page shows the status of each request.

What are the requirements for payout?

There is a $2 minimum payout. Available gift-card amounts vary by brand.

Why haven't I received my PayPal payment yet?

Make sure that your PayPal account is verified and that the PayPal email address on your Settings page is correct. Withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours. PayPal can hold a payment until you act on it, for example by claiming it or accepting the currency: if PayPal shows such a request, follow its instructions. For anything else, contact support.

What does it mean if my withdrawal request status is 'awaiting review'?

It means that our team will review your request and run quality checks on your account to ensure the request is valid. If your request is approved after review, it will be marked as approved (ready to be paid).

What are level-up chests?

Level-up chests are a free bonus for being active on CashInStyle. You earn XP as you use the site, and most levels on the XP page hold a chest. Some levels hold another reward instead, such as tickets, a frame or a badge. You open a chest on that page, and it adds a small cash reward to your balance. You can't buy XP or chests, and opening one costs nothing. In your history they show as "Lootbox opened".

How do I earn XP?

You can earn XP in two ways:

• Completing offers & surveys – The more you complete, the faster you level up.
• Referring new users – Earn XP every time someone joins through your referral link.

What's in a chest?

Every mystery chest gives a reward. There are five kinds:

• Bronze: $0.01 plus 100–400 bonus XP (88% chance)
• Silver: $0.10 (9.95% chance)
• Gold: $1 (1.12% chance)
• Platinum: $10 (0.125% chance)
• Legendary: $100 (0.014% chance)

About 9 in 10 chests are Bronze, and Gold, Platinum and Legendary are rare. Think of chests as a small extra on top of what you earn from offers and surveys.

Can I get better chests?

No. Every mystery chest has the same mix, whatever your level. Earning more XP gets you more chests, not better ones.

What are sponsored offers?

Sponsored offers may include free offers, surveys, free trials, free quotes, small purchases made with a credit card, or membership applications.

How do I complete offers?

Once you log in, you will be taken to the main page. On this page, you will find offerwalls which provide a list of offers and surveys with their payout amounts. Click on an offer or survey that interests you. Provide accurate information when requested. After you finish, the system will verify that you have completed the offer or survey and credit your account when the advertiser approves your participation.

How are offers and surveys approved?

Offers and surveys are approved automatically. There are thousands of requests daily. Each offer or survey has a tracking code and an ID that help the system know if you completed the offer or finished the survey correctly. When the advertiser finds your cookie, the offer or survey is approved.

How long does it take to receive credit for an offer or survey?

Crediting times vary by advertiser. Some offers and surveys are credited instantly, some within hours, and some take a few days, depending on how fast we can relay information to and from the advertisers. As soon as the system receives confirmation from the advertisers that you have completed the offer or survey correctly, your account will be credited.

Is there a limit to how many offers and surveys I can do in a day?

No. You may do as many offers and surveys as you like.

What can I do to qualify for more surveys?

Complete your profile on offerwalls. The more questions you answer, the better they can match you with the right survey.

Why is my offer credit locked after completion and what does this mean?

A lock means the reward is credited but held while the transaction is validated. The hold gives time for any reversal or chargeback from the partner to show up before the earnings can be withdrawn. It is not a sign that you did anything wrong. How long a hold lasts differs per transaction and per offer: before you start an offer, its Locks tab shows the expected hold period, and your Earnings History shows each reward's release date and why it is held. If the partner reverses a reward before its release date, it isn't released. If the release date has passed and the earnings are still locked, contact support.

Do I have to use the same email for offers?

No, you can use any email you like to do offers. It does not have to be the same email you registered with. You should use your primary email address when you register to make sure you receive messages regarding your account. You may use secondary email accounts to complete offers.

Can I submit false information when completing an offer?

No. Any submission of false information when completing an offer or survey, or any fraudulent activity, will result in account termination.

Can I use a PO box for my mailing address when I complete offers?

This all depends on the advertiser. Some of the offers will have no problem with you using a PO box while others will not accept it.

Can my offers and surveys ever be reversed?

Yes. If you provide fraudulent information, we have the right to reverse the credit for a specific offer.

What can I do if an offer does not credit?

An offer is credited when the partner that runs it confirms your completion to us. A click, an install or progress in a game is not proof of completion: the partner decides whether a completion qualifies, and we can't credit one the partner hasn't confirmed.

Once you start an offer, its page shows how soon most players were credited. When that time has passed (or, where no time is shown, after a reasonable wait), open the offer from Offers in progress at the top of the Offers page and click Report an Issue. Depending on the partner, it opens the partner's own support form or our contact form. For CashInStyle Offers, our support team submits the credit request to the advertiser for you. For an offer you started inside a partner's offerwall, use that offerwall's own support option.

Include proof of completion, such as a confirmation email, screenshots of your progress or level, or a purchase receipt. The partner or advertiser reviews the request and decides. This can take from several days to several weeks, and credit is paid only if they confirm the completion.

An offer listed under "Awaiting partner approval" in your Earnings History isn't missing: the partner still has to approve it. A survey that didn't credit can't be claimed afterwards, because survey providers have no way to review missing survey credits.

What can stop an offer from tracking?

Tracking can fail because of blocked cookies, ad blockers, strict privacy settings, device restrictions, or not allowing app tracking when an app asks. Read the offer's instructions and check your settings before you start: changing them afterwards usually doesn't recover a completion that wasn't tracked.

How do CashInStyle referrals work?

You earn a commission on what the members you refer earn. Your rate starts at 10% and rises through commission tiers up to 20% as your total referral earnings grow. The Affiliates page shows your current rate and how much more you need for the next tier. Commission on members who joined before the tiers started stays at 10%. Make sure your referrals are active to maximize your earnings.

How do I refer someone?

You can refer members to our website using your personal referral URL. To find this URL, log in to your account, go to the Affiliate page, copy the URL, and share it with your friends.

Do I have to refer anyone at all?

No, you don't have to, but referrals can help you earn more cash.

Can I earn money by referring friends and family members?

Yes, you can refer friends and family members who do not live in your household. Your commission starts at 10% of your referrals' earnings: for example, if your referral earns $10, you earn $1. As your referral earnings grow, your rate rises up to 20%.

Why haven't I received earnings from my referrals?

You receive compensation only when your referrals successfully complete an offer or survey.

Can I customize my referral link?

Customizing your referral link on CashInStyle is easy! Just log in to your account, navigate to the 'Affiliate' page, and click "Set your custom referral link," then enter your preferred custom link or username. Once saved, your referral link will be personalized, making it easier to share with your friends, family, and followers.
