How many accounts can I have?

Each person may have only one account. Family members in the same household may each have an account, but ID verification or a facial check is required to confirm their identities. Please note that certain areas of the website may be restricted to one member per household. Referring users from the same household is prohibited. If an account from the same household is banned, all accounts within that household will also be banned. Additionally, each offer may only be completed once per household.

Can my account ever be closed?

We have the right to close accounts for fraudulent activity, false account information, multiple-account violations, or other breaches of the Terms and Conditions. If we close your account, we may require proof of your identity, such as a photo ID, before reinstating it. If your account is closed, you will lose your cash. How do I cancel my account?

You can submit a ticket to cancel your account by clicking on the help icon in the bottom right corner of the page. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, nor are you permitted to open another.

What should I do if I haven't received the confirmation code?

How can I change my email address?

What if I forgot my password?

What are my responsibilities as a member?

Why can't I log in to my account?

When do I get paid?

What are the requirements for payout?

Why haven't I received my PayPal payment yet?

Make sure that your PayPal account is verified and your PayPal email address is correct. It may take up to 48 hours for the payment to process.

What does it mean if my withdrawal request status is 'awaiting review'?

It means that our team will review your request and run quality checks on your account to ensure the request is valid. If your request is approved after review, it will be marked as approved (ready to be paid).

How do I complete offers?

Once you log in, you will be taken to the main page. On this page, you will find offerwalls which provide a list of offers and surveys with their payout amounts. Click on an offer or survey that interests you. Provide accurate information when requested. After you finish, the system will verify that you have completed the offer or survey and credit your account when the advertiser approves your participation.

How are offers and surveys approved?

Offers and surveys are approved automatically. There are thousands of requests daily. Each offer or survey has a tracking code and an ID that help the system know if you completed the offer or finished the survey correctly. When the advertiser finds your cookie, the offer or survey is approved.

How long does it take to receive credit for an offer or survey?

Crediting times vary by advertiser. Some offers and surveys are credited instantly, some within hours, and some take a few days, depending on how fast we can relay information to and from the advertisers. As soon as the system receives confirmation from the advertisers that you have completed the offer or survey correctly, your account will be credited.

Is there a limit to how many offers and surveys I can do in a day?

No. You may do as many offers and surveys as you like.

What can I do to qualify for more surveys?

Complete your profile on offerwalls. The more questions you answer, the better they can match you with the right survey.

Why is my offer credit locked after completion and what does this mean?

We use a dynamic lock system to lock offers with the lock period varying based on your level. This hold verifies completion and prevents fraud. Higher levels allow quicker withdrawals. Note: Some offers may be held for up to 60 days due to high chargeback risk.

Do I have to use the same email for offers?

No, you can use any email you like to do offers. It does not have to be the same email you registered with. You should use your primary email address when you register to make sure you receive messages regarding your account. You may use secondary email accounts to complete offers.

Can I submit false information when completing an offer?

No. Any submission of false information when completing an offer or survey, or any fraudulent activity, will result in account termination.

Can I use a PO box for my mailing address when I complete offers?

This all depends on the advertiser. Some of the offers will have no problem with you using a PO box while others will not accept it.

Can my offers and surveys ever be reversed?

Yes. If you provide fraudulent information, we have the right to reverse the credit for a specific offer.

What can I do if an offer does not credit?

You can send a support ticket on the offerwall where you completed the offer and include the confirmation email you received from the offer/order.

The offerwall's support team will be able to investigate the issue. You may want to wait at least a day before contacting support. The offerwall's support team will send these confirmations to the advertiser for investigation. They will investigate why it didn't credit and will let you know if they will manually credit the offer. This decision can depend on many things such as you not clicking on our link, not clearing cookies, providing fraudulent information to the advertiser, duplicate sign-ups, and many other possible reasons.

Please note that these investigations can take anywhere from several days to several weeks depending on the advertiser. The offerwall's support team will try their best to contact the advertisers and ask them to manually credit your account, but they cannot guarantee that the offer will be approved.

Please do not email us asking for credit from offers and surveys. We have no way of requesting credit, but we can show you how to contact the offerwall's support team.

What are cookies and why is it important to clear them?
